Job summary

ALS is seeking a Workday Integrations Analyst to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and internal systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications, while ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.

You will design, test, and deploy integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio) for HR and Payroll, monitor performance, and provide technical end-user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Workday integrations development and support.
• Experience with Workday integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials modules.
• Experience with integration protocols and formats (e.g., SFTP, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication in English; Spanish/Portuguese language skills are a plus.
• Workday certification in Integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio) for HR and Payroll modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Perform integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects for accurate data flow.
• Monitor existing integrations for performance and data integrity; address potential problems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all integrations, including design specs and test plans.
• Participate in Workday update cycles and adjust integrations accordingly.
• Provide technical support to end-users regarding Workday integration functionalities.
• Work with IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration across systems.
• Stay up-to-date with Workday functionality and best practices.
