Job summary

SumUp Warsaw is seeking a Workday HCM Specialist to join our People Tech team. You will design, configure and optimize Workday HCM, collaborating with People Operations, Payroll and business stakeholders to scale processes and ensure data quality.

You’ll translate business needs into scalable system solutions, automate workflows, strengthen reporting, and maintain clear documentation while keeping the employee experience at the center.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM Core.
• Solid understanding of Staffing, Worker Data, Organizations, Business Processes and Reporting.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance Workday Core HCM to be scalable, consistent and easy to navigate.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into thoughtful system design and improved workflows.
• Strengthen reporting structures and validation logic to reduce manual work and errors.
• Provide guidance to SumUppers using Workday and maintain data accuracy.
• Build and maintain reliable reports and dashboards and support data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to documentation, change management, and configuration standards.
