Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Junior Workday HCM Configuration Specialist to join our HR systems team in a full-time role. You will serve as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM, configuring and maintaining business processes, security roles, and system settings while supporting HR, managers, and employees.

Your responsibilities include implementing Core HCM, Job Profiles, Organizations, and Compensation structures, evaluating processes for improvements, and participating in Workday implementations and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and business process management.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience creating custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Workday security configuration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a SME for Workday HCM and related modules.
• Configure and maintain Workday processes, structures, security roles, and system settings.
• Manage system updates, enhancements, and feature releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide ongoing system support to HR, managers, and employees.
• Configure and maintain Core HCM, Job Profiles, Organizations, Positions, Supervisory Organizations, and compensation structures.
• Evaluate processes and suggest improvements and automation opportunities.
• Participate in Workday implementation, optimization, and transformation projects.
• Review Workday biannual releases and assess business impact.
• Create and execute testing plans (unit, integration, UAT).
• Coordinate deployment of enhancements and new functionality.
• Document configuration changes and testing results.
