Job summary

NIQ is seeking an experienced Workday Administration & Support professional to act as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM, handling configuration, security, and ongoing system improvements. The role requires collaboration with HR, managers, and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

You will manage quarterly releases, design reports and dashboards, and support HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and business process management.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience creating custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Workday security configuration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday HCM and related modules.
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, organizational structures, security roles, and system settings.
• Manage system updates, enhancements, and feature releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide ongoing system support to HR, managers, and employees.
• Configure and maintain Core HCM, Staffing Models, Job Profiles, Organizations, Positions, Supervisory Organizations, and Compensation structures.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend system improvements and automation opportunities.
• Participate in Workday implementation, optimization, and transformation projects.
• Review Workday biannual releases and assess business impact.
• Create and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing plans.
• Coordinate deployment of system enhancements and new functionality.
• Document configuration changes and testing results.
