Nomadify is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its international environment in Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and delivering accurate information with a professional, timely approach.

Candidates should be multilingual, customer-focused, and willing to relocate for at least 12 months. A full relocation package and training are included to support your integration into the team.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in one European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Nordic languages, etc.).
• Basic to intermediate English (B1 or higher).
• Eligible to relocate to Lisbon for at least 12 months.
• No previous customer service experience required — full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
• Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely, professional manner
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
• Document interactions and update customer records in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues when required

• Assistance in finding house according to the needs of the candidate
• Relocation bonus of 2500€ (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle- €1500 Gross offered to support candidates within Portugal (100Km away from Lisbon or more)
