Cross Border Talents is hiring a Polish-speaking customer support agent in Portugal. You will assist Polish-speaking customers by phone and email, resolve questions, and deliver a positive service experience. Training is provided.

No prior experience required; you will relocate to Portugal with company accommodation and utilities covered. English skills are helpful, and you will join an international, multicultural team.

Formación

• Native or fluent Polish.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to relocate to Portugal.
• Valid EU work authorization.
