Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Polish-speaking customer support role in Portugal. You will use your Polish daily, gain new skills, and settle into a new country with company-provided accommodation.

You'll assist Polish-speaking customers via phone and email, resolve issues, and deliver a positive experience with a multicultural team. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Polish
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and a customer-oriented attitude
• Willingness to relocate to Portugal
• Valid EU work authorization
