Job summary
HCLTech in Warsaw seeks a skilled Windows Server Engineer with strong expertise in Windows infrastructure, automation, and virtualization technologies. The role involves managing engineering activities, troubleshooting, automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
You will manage Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), drive server deployment and decommissioning, and develop automation scripts using PowerShell to improve reliability and efficiency
Qualifications
- Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and server management.
- Proficient in SCCM and Windows system internals.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, LDAP, PKI.
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
- Experience with backup, disaster recovery, security & compliance.
- Agile experience and JIRA familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
- Drive server deployment, decommissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Develop automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and engineering teams.
- Implement best practices, documentation, and process improvements.
- Support automation and orchestration initiatives.
