Job summary

Fujitsu is looking for a Technical Services Engineer Expert to join our team in Poland. You will manage Windows Server environments, implement patching and security improvements, and automate tasks with PowerShell while supporting on-call and shift-based duties.

You’ll work with VMware ESXi/vSphere, Hyper-V, SCCM/MECM, WSUS, and Ivanti tools, collaborating across infra teams to deliver reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025).
• Expertise with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP.
• Hands-on virtualization experience (VMware ESXi/vSphere, Hyper-V).
• Proficient in SCCM/MECM for deployment, patching, OSD and WSUS.
• PowerShell scripting for automation of admin tasks.
• Experience with monitoring using SCOM or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Fujitsu PRIMERGY hardware and other vendors.

Responsibilities

• Administration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows Server environments.
• 2nd/3rd line support per ITIL incident/problem/request management.
• Manage monthly security patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Monitor server health and performance; support capacity planning.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell; drive infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with other infra teams and resolve tickets from stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call standby duty (24/7) and shift-based support when required.
