Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking an experienced Windows/Cloud Automation Engineer to strengthen our engineering and IT services in Poland. You will redesign patch management with SCCM, implement automation using CI/CD and PowerShell, and manage GPOs and security baselines within a SAFe Scrum environment.

Responsibilities include OS administration, cloud migrations, and comprehensive documentation. The role offers hybrid work with Warsaw/Tricity locations and opportunities for growth within a European

Qualifications

• PowerShell expert with strong scripting and automation skills.
• Extensive experience with configuration management tools (SCCM).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server platforms (2019/2022/2025).
• Proficient with development tools (Git, Jira).
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem solving in Windows environments.
• Active Directory and Group Policy mastery.

Responsibilities

• Redesign patch management procedures using SCCM.
• Design and implement automation with CI/CD and PowerShell.
• Create and manage GPOs and security baselines.
• Serve as OS specialist with deep platform knowledge.
• Build new OS images with automation.
• Advise on cloud migrations from on-premises.
• Collaborate with platform owner and Scrum team.
• Document automation processes for users and engineers.
• Operate within SAFe Scrum framework.
• Provide advanced Windows system administration and troubleshooting.
• Drive innovative solutions to complex challenges.
