Job summary

Power Technology is seeking a hands-on wind turbine inspection technician to join our two-person teams. You will ascend nacelles, secure turbines and position blades for inspection, while supporting drone operations and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

You will travel regularly across Poland and abroad, with lodging, a company car and per diems provided. The role requires GWO BST and medical fitness for height, and offers a clear growth path toward drone piloting.

Qualifications

• GWO BST full package (WAH, FA, MH, FAW). If expiring, renewal assistance provided.
• Medical fitness for work at height required.
• Category B driving licence required.
• GWO BTT / GWO ART preferred.
• SEP E/D up to 1 kV (Polish electrical qualification) preferred.
• UAV A1/A3 and A2 qualifications for growth toward drone pilot.

Responsibilities

• Climb to nacelle and secure turbine, position rotor and blades for inspection, following manufacturer instructions.
• Support the drone pilot: prepare equipment, observe during flight, maintain radio contact and secure flight area.
• Travel frequently in Poland and abroad; lodging, company car and per diems provided by the company.
• Perform initial visual assessment, report defects, and keep records of PPE and tools.
