Job summary

Navitas Renewables is seeking an Entry-Level Wind Turbine Technician to join our on-site teams in Europe. This role focuses on learning and growing within wind turbine maintenance, performing supervised mechanical and electrical tasks, and adhering to safety protocols.

You will contribute to daily operations, prepare tools and materials, and assist with documentation while receiving structured training and mentoring in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in wind energy.
• Basic technical background or interest in mechanical/electrical work.
• EU passport or valid EU work permit.
• Communicative level of English.
• Responsible, safety-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support service teams during daily wind turbine maintenance activities.

Scope of Work

• Supporting service teams during daily wind turbine maintenance activities
• Assisting with basic mechanical and electrical tasks under supervision
• Following site safety rules and participating in HSE briefings
• Preparing tools, materials, and work areas
• Supporting work documentation and daily task reporting

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in wind energy
• Basic technical background or interest in mechanical/electrical work
• Physical ability to work at heights and in changing weather conditions
• GWO Basic Safety Training is an advantage, but training can be provided
• EU passport or valid EU work permit
• Communicative level of English
• Responsible, safety-oriented attitude
