Job summary

Ventum offers blade repair work for SGRE in Poland. We seek experienced technicians with IRATA levels 1–3 and GWO BST (4 modules), plus GWO Blade Repair and Lift User certifications. Fluency in English is required for project tasks and safety communication.

Rotation is 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off. We provide travel, accommodation, PPE, daily meal allowance and ongoing technical support from blade engineering experts.

Qualifications

• IRATA Level 1–3 is required.
• GWO BST training covering 4 modules is required.
• GWO Blade Repair certification is required.
• GWO Lift User certification is required.
• Good level of English is required for project communication.

Responsibilities

• Blade inspections and repairs on wind turbines.
• Maintenance and component replacements as needed.
• Work across Poland on SGRE projects following safety standards.
• Support quality reviews with blade engineering specialists.

Blade Repair Technicians 2027, SGRE - Poland

For the season 2027, we are currently looking for experiencedBlade Repair Technicians with IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3 for blade repair projects across Poland on SGRE platform.

Scope of work
Blade repair and maintenance on wind turbines, including:
• Blade inspections
• Repairs and maintenance
• Replacements where required

Rotation: 4 or 3 weeks on / 2 weeks off

Requirements
- IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3
- GWO BST – 4 modules
- GWO Lift User
- GWO Blade Repair
- Good level of English

Good to have, but not mandatory
- SGRE certificates and trainings
- Polish medical examination for working at heights
