Job summary

Leadtech is seeking a Growth Product Owner (Web) to drive ARPU and conversion growth across a portfolio of web products in a remote-first, international environment. You will lead a science-backed experimentation program, partner with design, engineering and data teams, and leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, design and delivery.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, pricing experiments, funnel optimization, and collaboration across global units.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Growth, CRO, or Product with ARPU or revenue responsibility.
• Experience with subscription-based products.
• Demonstrated ability to increase ARPU and CR via a structured experimentation program.
• Advanced knowledge of A/B testing and statistical concepts.
• Strong funnel optimization, pricing experiments, and churn reduction.
• Hands-on with web analytics tools and A/B platforms including Amplitude/Looker/Tableau and VWO.
• Comfort adopting AI tools to automate operations and speed up discovery and delivery.
• Strong analytical skills; SQL proficiency a plus.
• Proven ability to prioritize by impact vs. effort and deliver measurable results.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and run high-impact growth experiments across multiple products.
• Increase ARPU and CR across web funnels through a science-backed program.
• Optimize conversion funnels end-to-end: acquisition → paywall → revenue retention.
• Test and refine pricing and packaging (trials, bundles, subscriptions, upsells).
• Build and maintain an 80/20 prioritization framework for biggest ARPU opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and data to implement and interpret A/B tests.
