Job summary

GEA Germany GmbH is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the warranty process, manage customer and supplier claims, and coordinate investigations and 8D problem-solving activities across projects.

You will act as the primary contact for major quality issues and customer escalations, monitor quality performance, collaborate with Project Execution, Service, Sales, Procurement and factories, and develop standards and the quality strategy for the Eastern Europe Cluster.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management or warranty management.
• Technical, engineering, or project management background.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Available for occasional business travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warranty process and manage customer and supplier claims.
• Coordinate investigations, corrective actions, and 8D problem-solving activities.
• Act as the primary contact for major quality issues and customer escalations.
• Monitor quality performance throughout project execution and service operations.
• Collaborate closely with Project Execution, Service, Sales, Procurement, factories, and customers.
• Support service and commissioning teams in resolving technical and quality-related issues.
• Maintain quality records, reporting systems, CRM tools, and lessons learned databases.
• Analyze quality costs, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Build and execute the quality strategy for the Eastern Europe Cluster while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
