Job summary

gea is seeking a senior quality and warranty leader to drive the quality strategy for the Eastern Europe cluster. You will own warranty processes, claims management and 8D problem solving with cross-functional teams across engineering, service, sales and factories.

Fluent English and Polish are required, with 5+ years in quality, warranty or claims roles and a track record in process improvement. Occasional travel and strong stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality or warranty management.
• Technical, engineering, or project management background.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Experience in process development and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and customer-facing situations.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warranty process and manage customer and supplier claims.
• Coordinate investigations, corrective actions, and 8D problem-solving.
• Serve as primary contact for major quality issues and customer escalations.
• Monitor quality performance during projects and service operations.
• Collaborate with Project Execution, Service, Sales, Procurement, factories, and customers.
• Support service and commissioning teams in resolving technical and quality issues.
• Maintain quality records, reporting systems, CRM tools, and lessons learned databases.
• Analyze quality costs, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Build and execute the quality strategy for the Eastern Europe Cluster.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
