Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a Warehouse Quality Control Supervisor to manage the QC team and oversee daily quality inspection processes for inbound goods at our Poland facility. You will coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required; must be able to communicate in Chinese and English.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow quality standards.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, e-commerce, retail, or quality management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily QC team activities including scheduling, attendance, and on-site coordination.
• Oversee inbound goods quality inspection, non-conformity follow-up, returns, and closure of cases.
• Manage sampling inspection, verification, and authenticity checks for special items.
