Responsibilities

• Publish and publish warehouse operation results and assessments.
• Monitor warehouses during operations, conduct root-cause analysis, coordinate with warehouses to improve and audit implementations.
• Develop top-down warehousing standards and operational standards.
• Establish daily quality control inspection standards and perform inspections to monitor processes and risks.
