Job summary

SHEIN in Poland is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a team of operators and ensure safety and efficiency in all activities. You will monitor processes, coordinate with other departments, implement lean improvements (6S, Kaizen) and optimize costs, while ensuring high service levels for customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
5+ years warehouse operations experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Experience managing 600+ operators in large warehouses.
Proficient in lean tools (6S, Kaizen, DMAIC) and cost management.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations in assigned areas based on KPI: Safety, Productivity, Quality, Cost.
Monitor processes, report and resolve on-site problems and equipment issues in real time.
Implement and enhance warehouse processes to maintain high quality and efficiency.
Allocate manpower and resources to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate across departments and implement 6S and lean improvement initiatives.
Develop and empower team members; foster positive team culture.
