Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead the warehouse QC team on site in Poland. You will oversee daily QC operations, inspect inbound goods, manage non-conformances, and coordinate with warehousing and partners to address issues promptly.

The role requires strong data analysis, root-cause thinking, and leadership to drive continuous improvements in inspection quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish and English for collaboration with local teams.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of the warehouse QC team: scheduling, attendance, work assignment, and on-site coordination.
• Oversee inbound goods quality inspection, record results, manage non-conformances, returns, and close out exceptional cases.
• Lead sampling inspection procedures, recording, uploading documents and communicating results.
• Coordinate with warehousing, operations and partners to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Implement inspection standards, train staff, and continuously improve quality and efficiency.
• Monitor KPI trends, identify deviations, and drive timely corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement CAPAs.
• Prepare regular quality performance reports with KPIs, audits, risks, root causes and actions.

Quality Control Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily management of the warehouse QC team, including staff scheduling, attendance management, work assignment, and on-site coordination.
• Manage quality inspection of inbound goods, review inspection results, follow up on non-conforming items handling, returns, and ensure closure of exceptional cases.
• Manage procedures related to sampling inspection, verification, and authenticity identification for special items, including receiving, inspecting, recording information, uploading documents, and following up on results.
• Coordinate with warehousing, operations, and relevant partners to facilitate timely resolution of quality issues and ensure smooth business processes.
• Oversee the implementation of quality inspection standards and procedures, provide training and guidance to the team, and continuously improve inspection quality and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze daily/weekly quality KPIs, identify deviations and trends, and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare regular quality performance reports covering KPI results, audit findings, key risks, root causes and improvement actions.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in both Polish and English for communication and collaboration with local teams.
• Ability to analyze operational and quality data, identify trends and translate findings into corrective actions.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Strong learning ability, able to quickly master business processes, system operations, and quality standards.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, with good professional ethics and strong execution skills.
• Possess good communication and coordination skills and a sense of team management.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations is required, preferably within quality control, returns, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
