Job summary

ICEYE in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Warehouse / Logistics Operator to support the day-to-day flow of materials within our manufacturing operations. Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, material handling, or a similar operational environment.
• Experience receiving, storing, picking, and issuing materials in a structured manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Basic understanding of inventory control, stock accuracy, and material traceability.
• Experience using ERP, WMS, or similar systems for warehouse and inventory operations.
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to following processes.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a warehouse and manufacturing environment, including safe handling and movement of materials.
• Good communication skills in English, with the ability to work across production, engineering, quality, and logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, components, and deliveries, checking quantities, identification, and documentation, and recording transactions in ERP or WMS systems.
• Store, label, and segregate materials to ensure proper identification and traceability, maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
• Pick, prepare, and deliver materials and components to production and AIT areas according to requirements.
• Prepare, pack, and support inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring items are properly protected, labelled, and documented, coordinating with carriers when required.
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counting to support stock accuracy and reconciliation, escalating discrepancies to the Stock Manager.
• Handle sensitive, high-value, and fragile components safely, following material traceability, quarantine, and non-conforming material procedures.
• Support the resolution of material and logistics issues by working closely with the Stock Manager, Production, AIT, and Quality teams.
• Identify and elevate material discrepancies, inventory issues, or warehouse operational problems.
• Support the safe handling and movement of materials and equipment in line with applicable safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse and logistics area at all times.
• Contribute to workplace organisation and continuous improvement activities, including 5S, standard work, and visual management.
• Support the Stock Manager in implementing and improving warehouse processes as the Poland manufacturing operation grows
