Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Warehouse / Logistics Operator in Warsaw, Poland to support day-to-day material flow in our manufacturing operations. You will work with the Stock & Logistics Manager to receive, store, pick, and deliver materials to production and AIT areas, ensuring accuracy and traceability.

The role is hands-on in a growing environment, requiring discipline, adherence to procedures, and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, material handling, or a similar operational environment.
  • Experience receiving, storing, picking, and issuing materials in a structured manufacturing or warehouse setting.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control, stock accuracy, and material traceability.
  • Experience using ERP, WMS, or similar systems for warehouse and inventory operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to following processes.
  • Comfortable working hands-on in a warehouse and manufacturing environment, including safe handling and movement of materials.
  • Good communication skills in English, with the ability to work across production, engineering, quality, and logistics teams.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming materials, components, and deliveries, checking quantities, identification, and documentation, and recording transactions in ERP or WMS systems.
  • Store, label, and segregate materials to ensure proper identification and traceability, maintaining a clean and organised warehouse.
  • Pick, prepare, and deliver materials and components to production and AIT areas according to requirements.
  • Prepare, pack, and support inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring items are properly protected, labelled, and documented, coordinating with carriers when required.
  • Perform inventory counts and cycle counting to support stock accuracy and reconciliation, escalating discrepancies to the Stock Manager.
  • Handle sensitive, high-value, and fragile components safely, following material traceability, quarantine, and non-conforming material procedures.
  • Support the resolution of material and logistics issues by working closely with the Stock Manager, Production, AIT, and Quality teams.
  • Identify and escalation material discrepancies, inventory issues, or warehouse operational problems.
  • Support the safe handling and movement of materials and equipment in line with applicable safety requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse and logistics area at all times.
  • Contribute to workplace organisation and continuous improvement activities, including 5S, standard work, and visual management.
  • Support the Stock Manager in implementing and improving warehouse processes as the Poland manufacturing operation grows.

About The Role

ICEYE is looking for a Warehouse / Logistics Operator to support the day-to-day flow of materials, components, and equipment within our manufacturing operations in Poland.
You will work closely with the Stock & Logistics Manager and manufacturing teams to ensure materials are received, checked, stored, picked, moved, and delivered to the right place at the right time.
Your work will directly support production and AIT activities and help ensure that our teams have the materials they need to build and test satellites.
This is a hands-on role in a growing manufacturing environment where processes and systems are continuously being developed. You will be expected to work with accuracy and discipline, follow established procedures, keep the warehouse organised, and raise issues when something is not correct.
The role will cover warehouse operations, inventory handling, inbound and outbound shipments, material preparation, packaging, and system transactions. You will also support the safe handling and traceability of sensitive and high-value components.

What You Will Do
