Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Facility & Lab Manager in Warsaw, Poland to oversee operational readiness, safety, and performance of MAITE production and laboratory environments. You will own cleanroom readiness, ESD compliance, infrastructure maintenance, lab support, and overall facility safety.

The role leads the Facility Management team, coordinating with AIT Engineering, Production, Stock Management, Operational Excellence, Logistics, and Supply Chain to enable continuous, safe, high-quality satellite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in facility, lab, or operations management in tech/high-reliability environments.
• Strong knowledge of ESD control and cleanroom standards.
• Experience managing contractors and facility projects.
• Structured, proactive, and communicative leadership with multitask capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ISO 14644/ECSS or equivalent safety/compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Facility Management team for safe, reliable operations.
• Oversee environmental controls and cleanliness in production/test areas.
• Coordinate readiness and compliance of cleanrooms without owning operations.
• Manage preventive maintenance, calibration, and infrastructure services.
• Plan facility improvements with AIT Engineering, Production, and Operational Excellence.
• Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and facility certifications; lead audits.
• Coordinate with Stock, Logistics, and Supply Chain for material flow.
• Monitor performance indicators and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage service providers and contractors to ensure timely support.
• Coordinate training and certification in facility safety and ESD.
• Serve as primary contact for facility incidents or emergencies.
