Job summary

ICEYE seeks a Satellite Operations Specialist based in Warsaw, Poland to monitor and control the satellite constellation across shifts, ensuring safe operations and rapid anomaly response. You will contribute to mission readiness, develop procedures, and support in-orbit testing and maintenance.

Join a global space-tech team to engage in Launch and Early Orbit Operations, with emphasis on incident reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement of operations tooling.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience in space-related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and focus.
• Strong problem solving and quick reaction to issues.
• Very good English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work morning/evening/night shifts, 24/7 readiness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous, high-quality monitoring of the satellite constellation during all shifts.
• Ensure safe operations, early anomaly detection, and proper escalation/resolution.
• Develop and refine procedures, tools, and workflow for Operations.
• Support fleet maintenance and in-orbit testing activities.
• Contribute to mission readiness via simulations and Launch & Early Orbit Operations.
• Deliver clear handovers, incident reporting and documentation.
• Contribute to 24/7 operations and strengthen team situational awareness.
