Job summary

CEVA Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Handling Operations Operator in Stargard, Poland to support administrative duties and warehouse processes within our operations.

You will conduct administrative work, participate in audits, prepare and update environmental data, coordinate documentation, and produce reports for operational needs and for the client. You will also manage fixed assets records and assist with asset scrapping and inventory.

Qualifications

• Secondary education is welcome.
• MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel).
• Warehouse work experience is welcome.
• Knowledge of WMS systems is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conducting administrative work, like: updating workstation instructions/H&S guidelines/forms
• Participating in internal and external audits.
• Completing and updating environmental data
• Coordination of documentation
• Preparing reports for operational needs and for the client
• Records of fixed assets, introducing changes to the files
• conducting scrapping processes and inventory of fixed assets
• Conducting process of handling complaints and returns
