Job summary

YTO International in Łódź, Poland seeks an experienced HR leader to own end-to-end human resources for a growing logistics operation. The role encompasses recruitment planning, payroll and compliance, training, and cross‑department support to sustain staffing and a strong culture.

You will design phased recruitment, manage compensation and benefits, build onboarding programs, and partner with leaders to optimize manpower while upholding labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or equivalent.
• 5+ years HR management experience based in Poland; familiar with EU/Polish labor law and social insurance.
• Mass recruitment experience in logistics/warehouse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop phased recruitment plans aligning with warehouse construction schedules to ensure timely staffing.
• Design salary and benefits packages compliant with Polish labor law and manage total labor cost.
• Establish onboarding training and coordinate with EHS for safety training.

Location: Łódź City, Poland

Key Responsibilities

1 Full-cycle Recruitment & Talent Supply

• - Develop phased recruitment plans matching warehouse construction schedule to ensure management and frontline staff arrive on time.
• - Build diversified local recruitment channels including job platforms, labor agencies and community referrals; maintain talent pools to support mass hiring of operators.

2 Local Payroll, Performance & Labor Compliance

• - Design salary and benefit packages fully compliant with Polish labor law including base pay, performance bonus and night shift allowance; control total labor cost.
• - Establish company-wide performance appraisal system covering capacity, quality and safety indicators; organize regular evaluation and result implementation.
• - Manage labor contracts, social insurance and tax declaration to fully comply with local employment regulations and reduce labor risks.

3 Training & Organizational Development

• - Build complete new hire onboarding training system covering corporate culture, operation SOP and safety protocols.
• - Coordinate with Warehouse and EHS teams to deliver regular training on system operation, workflow and workplace safety.

4 Employee Relations & Cross‑department Support

• - Resolve labor disputes, staff injury appeals and employee complaints to maintain harmonious working environment.
• - Launch regular satisfaction surveys and team-building activities to boost staff retention and sense of belonging.
• - Provide professional HR support to all department leaders on manpower allocation and discipline management.

Job Requirements

• - Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, Human Resource Management major; HR professional certificates preferred.
• - Experience: 5+ years HR management experience based in Poland; fully familiar with EU/Polish labor law and social insurance system. Mass recruitment experience in logistics/warehouse industry is a plus.
• - Skills: Master full HR modules including recruitment, compensation, performance and employee relations; skilled in negotiation and cross-cultural coordination; proficient in HR systems and Office tools.
• - Language: Fluent Polish with working-level Chinese or English. （Mandatory）
• - Others: Good at handling complex multicultural employee relations with strong sense of principle.
