Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Kraków is seeking an experienced finance professional to join the Regulatory Reporting and ALMC team. You will own the end-to-end regulatory reporting process, support ALCO analytics and strengthen the control environment across CRR, SSM and BRRD frameworks.

The role includes producing COREP, LIQREP and IRRBB reports, supporting capital and liquidity management, and driving automation to reduce manual touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Finance, accounting, regulatory reporting or risk management experience in banking/financial services.
• Deep knowledge of EU banking regulatory environment and reporting processes (CRR, SSM, BRRD).
• Experience producing regulatory reporting and liquidity, capital and IRRBB metrics with analysis.
• Ability to implement and maintain a robust control environment with documented processes and controls.
• Understanding of Treasury processes and products including cash, liquidity, balance sheet management and derivatives.
• Understanding banking processes, products and services.
• Understanding accounting and financial control processes including reconciliations, analysis and reporting.
• Strong written and spoken English; advanced Excel; interest in data management and IT process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the end-to-end control environment for Regulatory Reporting and ALCM including processes, sign-offs and issue tracking.
• Produce regulatory reports and supporting working files including COREP, LIQREP and IRRBB with analysis and commentary.
• Support capital management activities including capital metrics monitoring and stress testing.
• Support liquidity management activities including liquidity metrics monitoring and contingency planning.
• Support balance sheet-related risk management activities including IRRBB and product control.
• Improve reporting and MI processes through automation and standardisation.
• Deliver ALCO-ready MI and drivers analysis to improve forward-looking visibility.
• Identify and elevate risks and propose pragmatic improvements.
