Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in Kraków is seeking a Supervisor in the Regulatory Reporting Team to support and transform our reporting processes for alternatives investments. You will manage day-to-day operations, maintain tools, and help standardize and automate the workflow.

You will lead and coach staff, ensure timely, accurate deliveries, and work with technology partners to implement changes while building a scalable, compliant reporting framework for the business.

Formación

• At least 4 years of experience in financial and regulatory reporting, with direct staff responsibility.
• Primary degree in finance or accounting or related discipline is an asset.
• Strong understanding of accounting practices and local regulations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented with strong reviewing skills and accuracy.
• Pro-active, mature and able to meet timelines.
• Risk-aware mindset with focus on internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Administering the current regulatory reporting process and coordinating day-to-day activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintaining existing regulatory reporting tools, templates and supporting documentation.
• Providing ongoing support to end users, responding to queries and resolving issues.
• Reviewing the current process and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Standardizing regulatory reporting processes, controls, data inputs and outputs across relevant areas.
• Supporting automation initiatives with technology partners to reduce manual effort and risk.
• Supporting the implementation of regulatory changes into reporting processes.
• Documenting procedures, requirements and controls to support a scalable framework.
• Supporting the design and build-out of the new regulatory reporting team.
• Providing ongoing feedback and coaching to staff to improve performance.
