You will guide the day-to-day activities, maintain tools and templates, and support end users while shaping the future operating model.

The role requires 7+ years in financial regulatory reporting with staff responsibility, a finance-related degree, and strong Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial and regulatory reporting with staff responsibility.
• Finance or accounting degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting practices and local regulations.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to accuracy and review.
• Proactive, mature and able to meet deadlines.
• Risk-aware with focus on internal controls.
• Mentoring and coaching experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day administration of regulatory reporting processes.
• Maintain tools, templates and documentation.
• Support end users and resolve process/tool issues.
• Identify improvements and define a target operating model.
• Standardize reporting processes across areas.
• Lead regulatory changes into reporting processes.
• Drive automation with stakeholders to reduce manual effort.
• Document procedures and controls for scalable framework.
• Oversee handover of standardized process to new team.
