Roche Diagnostics Polska sp. z o.o. seeks a Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) Lead for Poland and SECE to act as a strategic financial partner to the commercial organization and affiliate leadership.

You will lead a high-performing team of Finance Excellence Partners, shaping market strategies and driving value-based pricing, while ensuring rigorous financial governance and enterprise-wide collaboration across local, regional, and global finance networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant commercial finance / business partnering experience.
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience coaching and empowering high-performing teams.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Finance Excellence Partners, fostering an inclusive, safe, and high-performing environment.
• Partner with commercial leadership to shape market strategies, business planning, and value-based pricing.
• Drive P&L performance with proactive optimization, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across Poland and SECE.
