Zohorecruit is seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) Cold Caller to join our team, focusing on outbound calls to potential leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling follow-ups or appointments as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, experience in cold calling or sales, a reliable internet connection, and the ability to work independently while meeting daily targets; CRM/VoIP proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily calling targets.
• Proficient in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and VoIP platforms (e.g., Dialpad, RingCentral, etc.).
• Friendly, confident, and professional phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Make 100 outbound cold calls per day to potential customers or leads.
• Follow a provided script or develop conversational flow based on lead response.
• Qualify prospects by identifying interest, needs, and fit.
• Document call outcomes and update CRM or lead tracking sheets.
• Handle objections professionally and remain persistent without being pushy.
• Schedule callbacks or appointments when necessary.
• Report daily calling performance and feedback.
