Job summary

Danone offers an EU R&I Junior Packaging Engineer (VIE) position located in Bieruń, Poland. You will contribute to the packaging development and ensure eco-design and consumer-focused value through the project pipeline.

Eligible candidates must be 18–28 years old, be a citizen of an EEA country, and have 1–2 years of FMCG packaging experience, plus project management skills and knowledge of packaging materials and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG packaging is required.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Technical expertise in packaging design and materials is needed.
• Knowledge of packaging regulations in the food industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to development of brief with internal stakeholders.
• Oversees packaging from definition to launch, ensuring quality, timing and cost.
• Identifies actions/resources for implementation across projects and manages R&I budget of tests.
• Contributes to packaging development strategy for brands and generates innovative ideas.
