Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Science or a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
- 8–10 years of experience in engineering roles.
- 5 years of relevant engineering experience in CPG beverage/food manufacturing.
- Previous people management experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering capital projects across processing, packaging, building and utility systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional plant leadership to align project priorities.
- Create technical specifications, budgets, and project justification for new initiatives.
- Collaborate with CAPEX analysts and controllers on budgets and forecasts.
- Build and guide multi-functional teams of engineering managers and engineers.
- Develop tender documents and align with regional engineering and procurement during bidding.
