Job summary

Vector Synergy is seeking an experienced maintenance professional in Bydgoszcz, Poland, to service a fleet of military and tactical vehicles. The role involves hands-on maintenance, inspections, and ensuring equipment readiness for operations.

Requirements include at least 2 years in vehicle maintenance across vehicle classes and a full C and E driving license. NATO Secret clearance is preferred, with opportunities to work on both commercial and tactical assets.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in vehicle maintenance (from light cars to heavy trucks).
• Valid full C and E (Heavy Goods with Towed Heavy Trailer) driving license.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance of all 3 NSB vehicles (commercial and tactical).
• Supervise disassembly, repair, re-assembly, tests and inspections for direct support maintenance of military vehicles and towed trailers.
• Supervise and use hand and power tools to perform mechanical/electrical repairs.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

• 2 years' experience in various vehicles maintenance (from light passenger cars to heavy trucks) ;
• Vehicles mechanical and electrical knowledge ;
• Full C and E (Heavy Goods with Towed Heavy Trailer) driving license .

Desirable

• Knowledge of European military and civilian organizations ;
• Low voltage certification ;
• Experience in NATO working environment or other international organizations .

Duties/role:

• Executing the maintenance of all 3 NSB vehicles (commercial and tactical) ;
• Supervising the disassembly, repair, re-assembly, tests, adjustments and inspections associated with direct support maintenance of militar1 vehicles and towed trailers ;
