Job summary

VECTOR SYNERGY sp. z o.o. in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium-to-large ICT initiatives.

You will manage full project lifecycles, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery within scope and schedule, leveraging SharePoint, Power Platform, and ServiceNow tools. The role requires 5+ years IT project management, English at C1, and professional certifications such as PMP/PM2 Agile/PRINCE2 Practitioner.

Qualifications

• Must have C1 English, 5+ years IT-relevant experience, and 3+ years in similar PM roles.
• At least one internationally recognized certification (PMP, PM2 Agile, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
• Experience leading medium-to-large ICT projects and applying PM and Agile methodologies.
• Solid IT literacy with ability to align IT with business needs.
• Familiarity with current technologies and trends related to contracts, SharePoint, Power Platform and ServiceNow.
• Excellent written and oral communication for diverse audiences.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive improvements proactively.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through full lifecycle and scope, ensuring milestones and goals are met.
• Establish project controls and balance priorities within the team.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of project outputs.
• Identify, monitor, and communicate issues, changes, variances, and contingencies.
• Coordinate with Project Board and stakeholders; organise meetings and reporting.
• Allocate tasks, manage workload, and motivate project team members.
• Plan and control product delivery processes; maintain communications with the external environment.
• Produce management documents and presentations; define responsibilities of involved parties.
• Present oral and written technical reports and project presentations.

Duties/role

• Managing projects effectively and efficiently throughout their complete lifecycle and scope ;

• Identifying, tracking, monitoring, and communicating project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that may arise during project implementation ;
• Liaising with the Project Board and other key stakeholders ;
• Assigning and controlling tasks, authorizing work packages, balancing priorities and workload within the team, and motivating project team members ;
