Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, 3rd Party Vendor Relationships, to lead strategy and day-to-day management of external HR vendors supporting HR operations. The role partners with HR, Procurement, Finance, and Compliance to optimize performance, ensure contractual obligations are met, and improve the employee experience.

The ideal candidate brings 6–8 years in vendor management or HR operations, plus strong data analysis and cross-functional influencing skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field is required.
• MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee third-party HR vendor relationships and ensure alignment with standards.
• Develop, implement, and manage SLAs across financial, operational, and quality metrics.
• Monitor vendor performance using data analysis and KPI reporting.
• Lead regular business reviews with vendors to assess performance and drive improvements.
• Partner with HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to manage relationships.
• Conduct audits and evaluations of vendor services for compliance and user satisfaction.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities using spend and performance data.
• Support contract lifecycle management including negotiations and scope changes.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies across Procurement, Finance, QA, and Ethics & Compliance.
