Job summary

Link Group is seeking an analytical and commercially minded Senior Consultant to drive global vendor acquisition, risk assessment, and contract negotiations in the corporate training and education sector. The role interfaces with sourcing, vetting, and onboarding external providers while ensuring compliance and governance.

Key duties include leading third-party risk evaluations, conducting market research, and negotiating pricing structures.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Procurement, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vendor Management, or Corporate Compliance.
• Familiarity with formal onboarding frameworks, ABC checks, reputational screening, and privacy/data protection evaluations (PIA).
• Negotiation of terms, service rates, and pricing models with external vendors.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, modeling, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments for prospective global vendors, including ABC checks and PIAs.
• Conduct global market research to identify and evaluate external service and training providers.
• Lead price negotiations and structure rate cards with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Guide vendors through internal onboarding portals and risk frameworks, maintaining audit trails.
• Develop risk and spend reports for senior stakeholders using Excel models.
• Maintain proactive communication with external vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline onboarding.
