Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Supplier Management within the DePuy Synthes Supplier Quality organization. You will lead end-to-end supplier lifecycle governance, drive improvement programs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value across the supply base.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, Operations, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, Operations, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional programs and governance.

Mansioni

Lead transformation programs and governance across supplier quality lifecycle.
Develop and maintain multi-year transformation roadmaps and portfolio health.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive continuous improvement and standardization.
