Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Manager, Source Quality Supply Base Optimization to lead a team of Supplier Quality Engineers. You will steer supplier transfers, qualification, and stabilization across a global base, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance while partnering with multiple functions.

The role demands strong leadership, program management, and deep knowledge of quality systems, with a focus on patient safety and uninterrupted supply in a regulated medical-device

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Minimum eight years of progressive experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain in a regulated industry.
• Minimum two years of direct people-management experience.
• Experience leading supplier transfers and network optimization initiatives.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, EU MDR, US QSR and related regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Supplier Quality Engineers and contractors supporting Supply Base Optimization.
• Drive supplier transfers, consolidation, exits, and stabilization across programs.
• Provide governance, dashboards, and reporting for schedule, quality, risk, and budget.
• Ensure compliance with Quality System requirements and Purchasing Controls.
