Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, Manufacturing or related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years in Quality, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Supply Chain in regulated industry.
• Minimum of 5 years in supplier quality, supplier development or performance management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through influence rather than direct reporting.
• Experience developing and implementing supplier improvement plans and verifying results.
• Working knowledge of medical device quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to use data and statistical methods to identify trends and support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Depuy Synthes supplier development and performance framework.
• Establish risk-based criteria for supplier segmentation and development prioritization.
• Translate risks into targeted supplier development plans and actions.
• Lead proactive supplier development methods, including assessments and capability improvements.
• Create scalable templates, playbooks and training to standardize execution across units.
• Serve as subject matter expert for supplier development and performance management.
