Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Supply Chain within a regulated industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier quality, supplier development, or supplier performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop supplier development and performance management strategy and governance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive supplier improvement initiatives.
• Analyze supplier data to identify risks and opportunities and present to senior leadership.
• Drive risk-based supplier development, capability improvements, and process validation.
