Acolad is seeking an experienced Vendor Coordinator to join our global localisation network. You will identify, onboard and manage freelance and agency vendors, collaborating with Production teams on media and entertainment projects.
You will build strong vendor relationships, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance of data and legal documents while staying current with industry trends in subtitling, dubbing, and AI localisation.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Procurement, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and onboarding new vendors, while developing strong relationships with our existing partners and supporting our Production teams.
