What You'll Do
- Support the coordination of localization projects, including voice-over, dubbing, original voice-over creation, as well as advertising VO projects.
- Assist in organizing voice recording sessions with talents, studios, and production teams.
- Help prepare and manage project materials, metadata, and delivery files.
- Work closely with sound engineers, dubbing directors, and linguists to keep projects running smoothly.
- Monitor project timelines and provide administrative support throughout the production process.
- Assist with quality checks of localized content and project deliverables.
- Learn industry standards, workflows, and technical requirements for major broadcasters and streaming platforms.
What You Bring
- Very good command of English (B2/C1), both written and spoken.
- Interest in video games, media, localization, film, television, or entertainment industries.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and managing multiple tasks at the same time.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to review Polish-language content and spot obvious errors.
- Previous internship, student project, freelance experience, or coursework related to media, languages, production, or project coordination will be an advantage, but is not required.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of dubbing, voice-over, subtitling, or audiovisual content production.
- Familiarity with video/audio editing software or media formats.
- Experience working in an administrative, customer service, coordination, or project support role.
