Job summary

Tenneco is seeking a Vendor Planner in Poland to manage supplier schedules and secure material availability for manufacturing operations. You will interface with suppliers, purchasing, and production planning to optimize inventory and supplier performance.

You will monitor demand fluctuations, capacity constraints, and delivery performance, ensuring timely raw material availability and supporting production continuity and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-3 years in supply chain, materials planning, or production planning.
• Advanced German language skills.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain supplier forecasts and delivery schedules.
• Analyze material requirements from demand, plans, and targets.
• Ensure suppliers meet delivery schedules and capacity needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and risks to material availability.
• Coordinate expedited shipments to prevent production disruptions.
