Job summary

Dellner - a Wabtec company in Poland is seeking a Supply Planner to join the Main Planning Team. You will coordinate with customers, monitor material availability, and assess production capacity to keep shipments on track.

Ideal candidates have secondary education or higher, experience with ERP systems (Infor M3 preferred), strong data analysis skills, and excellent English. You will collaborate across Purchasing, Planning, Production and Shipping to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education (higher education preferred).
• Experience working with ERP systems (Infor M3 knowledge is a plus).
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Good organizational skills and a reliable, consistent work approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers and updating shipment orders.
