Job summary

Craftware Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw seeks an experienced Veeva CRM / Vault Consultant to join international Life Sciences projects.

You will design, configure, and develop advanced reports and dashboards using MyInsights and XPages, collaborating with analysts, architects, and developers. You will analyze client requirements, propose optimal technical solutions, and implement integrations via VQL, REST API, and SQL, while ensuring high quality and performance of the reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing solutions using Veeva CRM / Vault and MyInsights / Xpages.
• Ability to write data queries and handle API integrations (VQL, REST API, SQL).
• Prior project experience within Life Sciences / Pharma industry.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills for client solutions.
• Strong command of English (B2) for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop advanced reports, views, and dashboards using MyInsights / Xpages and the Veeva CRM / Vault environment.
• Engage with pharma/Life Sciences clients to gather requirements and propose technology solutions.
• Integrate and query data from Veeva Vault / CRM objects using VQL and REST API.
• Collaborate in an international project team within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ensure high quality, performance, and UX of delivered reporting solutions.
