Job summary

your Jared is seeking an experienced Veeva CRM / Vault Consultant to configure and develop reports and dashboards using MyInsights / Xpages. You will analyze client requirements, propose architectural solutions, and implement them across international Life Sciences projects.

The role requires hands-on Veeva experience, strong front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JS), and API data integration via VQL/REST. A B2B contract with remote work options is offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM / Vault and MyInsights / Xpages.
• Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with data queries via VQL/REST API and SQL.
• Pharma/Life Sciences project experience preferred; English B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop advanced reports, views, and dashboards using MyInsights / Xpages in Veeva CRM / Vault.
• Engage with pharma/Life Sciences clients to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Build front-end components for MyInsights dashboards (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Integrate and query data from Veeva Vault/CRM with VQL and REST API.
• Collaborate in an international Agile/Scrum team to deliver quality solutions.
• Ensure performance and user experience of reporting solutions.

In this role, you will combine technical delivery with consulting skills – analyzing client requirements, proposing optimal architectural and visual solutions, and implementing them across international Life Sciences projects. Responsibilities Designing, configuring, and developing advanced reports, custom views, and dashboards based on MyInsights / Xpages and the Veeva CRM / Vault environment. Engaging directly with pharma/Life Sciences business clients, gathering requirements, and proactively recommending technology solutions. Building and optimizing front-end components used in MyInsights dashboards (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and visualization libraries). Integrating and querying data from Veeva Vault / CRM objects using VQL and REST API. Collaborating within an international project team (analysts, architects, developers, testers) in Agile/Scrum environments. Ensuring high quality, performance, and user experience of the delivered reporting solutions. Requirements Hands-on experience in implementing solutions using Veeva CRM / Vault and MyInsights / Xpages. Proficiency in front-end web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Ability to write data queries and handle API integrations (e.g., VQL, REST API, SQL). Prior project experience within the Life Sciences / Pharma industry. A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to propose optimal solutions to clients. Strong command of English (at least B2 level) for fluent business communication and teamwork in international environments. Readiness to work under a B2B contract. Nice to have Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks and visualization libraries (e.g., React, Vue, Chart.js, D3.js). Veeva CRM / Vault or Salesforce certifications. Experience in advanced data modeling and VQL/SQL query performance tuning.
