Job summary

Philip Morris International in Poland/Portugal is seeking an experienced Veeva Vault lead to design, configure, and deploy Vault solutions across regulated environments. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical capabilities and work with Product Owners to define and evolve the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 7+ years of delivering enterprise applications in regulated environments.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Veeva Vault platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/SAFe, software delivery lifecycle, and product operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Veeva Vault solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and product capabilities.
• Partner with Product Owners to define, prioritize and evolve the product roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership across discovery, design, implementation, and hypercare phases.
• Ensure alignment with architecture, security, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Assess impact of enhancements, releases and integrations across the Veeva ecosystem.
• Support validation, risk assessment, change management and audit readiness activities.
• Act as the Veeva subject matter expert, guiding vendors and reviewing solution designs.
• Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, process optimization and innovation.
