About The Job
The Vaccines Activation Manager (VAM) – Poland drives vaccine activation across wholesalers, pharmacies and pharmacy chains, Medical Centers, Municipalities, Army institutions, and other key customer segments. The role combines commercial execution across multiple channels with strong stakeholder engagement to improve vaccine uptake, grow Sanofi's portfolio share, and position Sanofi as a trusted partner in the Polish vaccination landscape.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, the VAM focuses on business development, relationship management, field intelligence, and operational excellence. The role contributes to commercial, sales, and market access initiatives, always in alignment with Sanofi's values, strategy, and compliance standards.

Wholesalers
Main responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business models and co-operation agreements with key distributors
- Build and strengthen relationships with key wholesaler customers
- Act in accordance with Polish law and company procedures
- Manage stock within key Sanofi Vaccines distributors
- Implement special offers at the wholesaler level
Medical Centers
- Conduct business analysis of current and future trends and practices within the Medical Centers channel
- Perform competitor analysis and implement action plans
- Build and strengthen relationships with key Medical Center customers
- Prepare and implement business plans for Medical Centers within scope of responsibility
- Drive cross-functional cooperation with the Sales Team and other stakeholders to maximise Sanofi portfolio share
Pharmacy Chains / PBI
- Plan, define priorities, and set KPIs within the Pharmacy Business Initiative (PBI)
- Implement PBI across Poland in line with approved strategy
- Develop and maintain relationships with major pharmacies and pharmacy chains
- Collaborate across teams and share intelligence on the pharmacy market
- Support and develop PBI at the regional level in partnership with Medical Representatives and District Managers
- Report and analyse PBI development Progress and pharmacy performance and involvement
Municipalities
- Maintain and develop current and new prophylaxis programmes with Municipalities
- Build and strengthen relationships with key municipal customers
TER Portfolio (Travel vaccination clinics (travel medicine centers))
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and new TER clients to secure TER portfolio development and sales growth
Budget & Operational Plans
- Share accountability for sales performance together with the Sales Team
- Participate in the budgeting process and propose necessary investments and actions to deliver sales objectives
About You
Education & Experience
- Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with specific exposure to the vaccines business model. (We may also consider someone with strong experience connected with Wholesalers (distribution networks) and Pharmacies/Pharmacy chains)
- In-depth understanding of the Polish market, customer landscape, competitive environment, and future trends
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain

Languages
- Fluency in Polish is required
