Job summary

Sanofi in Poland seeks a Vaccines Activation Manager to drive activation across wholesalers, pharmacies, Medical Centers, and municipalities. You will lead cross-channel commercial execution and stakeholder engagement to improve vaccine uptake and grow Sanofi's portfolio.

Working with Sales, Market Access and District teams, you will analyze trends, develop business plans, and ensure compliant operations while delivering measurable sales objectives across Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with exposure to vaccines and distribution networks.
• Deep understanding of the Polish market, customer landscape, and competitive environment.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business models and co-operation agreements with key distributors.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key wholesaler customers.
• Act in accordance with Polish law and company procedures.
• Manage stock within key Sanofi Vaccines distributors.
• Implement special offers at the wholesaler level.
• Conduct business analysis of Medical Centers channel.
• Perform competitor analysis and implement action plans.
• Build and strengthen relationships with Medical Center customers.
• Prepare and implement business plans for Medical Centers within scope of responsibility.
• Drive cross-functional cooperation with Sales Team and other stakeholders.
• Plan, define priorities, and set KPIs within Pharmacy Business Initiative (PBI).
• Implement PBI across Poland in line with approved strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with major pharmacies and pharmacy chains.
• Collaborate across teams and share intelligence on the pharmacy market.
• Support and develop PBI at the regional level in partnership with Medical Representatives and District Managers.
• Report and analyse PBI development and pharmacy performance and involvement.
• Maintain and develop relationships with Municipalities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key municipal customers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with TER clients.
• Share accountability for sales performance with the Sales Team.
• Participate in budgeting process and propose investments and actions to deliver sales objectives.
